SHIPPING
Every pair is painted to order — production takes 3–5 business days in our studio before your order ships. We'll send you photos of your pair while we work on it.
Shipping is free, worldwide. Once shipped, delivery takes up to 7 business days for US orders, and 7–12 business daysfor the rest of the world, depending on your location.
We ship with DHL Express — fast, fully tracked, and smooth through customs. In our experience, the vast majority of international orders arrive without any extra fees. Where import duties do apply, they're set by your local authorities and are the buyer's responsibility.
You'll receive your tracking number by email the moment your pair leaves the studio. Every order ships in protective premium packaging.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we can't redirect a package once it's on its way.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your pair. If you don't, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as it's unworn, in its original condition and original packaging.
To start a return, contact us with your order number. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense, and we recommend using a tracked service — refunds are issued once the pair arrives back in original condition.
Wrong size? Reach out before your order enters production and we'll update it at no cost.
Arrived damaged or not as described? That's on us. Email us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we'll make it right — a repair, a repaint, or a replacement, at no cost to you.
